Vaughans Rd Architecturally Designed Home

This was a large architecturally designed home with a separate 9 car garage and guest accommodation which had a large part of the structure cantilevered off the building platform.

The design incorporated many complex features, we had to assemble on site large trusses and all the steelwork for the guest house on the ground and when it was completed we lifted it into place with a large crane placing the cantilevered structure over the valley.
