Takapuna Beach Front

This was a massive renovation of a beachfront home; the tricky bit was the drive which was too narrow for trucks to go down. We designed rollers to put on the drive to get the tilt slabs and all the structural steel down on with a winch attached and make lifting equipment to place them once down the driveway.

We were an integral part of this build for 18 months. Providing steel for the cantilevered stairs and even the frame to support the Davit on the upstairs corner of the house to lift their small boat onto the beach.
